Meet the Artist: The Heart Behind the Brush
Art hasn’t just been a part of my life—it has been my life’s compass. Growing up in a household defined by a creative, artistic mother and a resourceful, DIY father, I learned early on that beauty is something you build and paint with your own two hands. That lifelong passion eventually led me to the classroom, where I spent years sharing the joy of color and technique as an art and painting instructor. Teaching others to find their creative voice was a privilege, but my heart always pulled me back to the quiet, focused energy of the studio.
Today, I’ve traded the classroom for my home studio, where I focus exclusively on creating tangible, hand-painted pieces for Poppie and Pine Studio. Being an only child and a primary caregiver for my parents, I deeply value the importance of family and the milestones that bind us together. This perspective fuels my work; I don't just see a banner as a decoration, but as a handcrafted keepsake for your family’s most precious moments.
Whether I’m working with the rustic texture of brown kraft paper or designing a piece with a "cowgirl chic" flair, my goal is to bring a touch of authentic, California-inspired artistry into your home. Every stroke is intentional, every design is original, and every piece is a reflection of a lifetime spent at the easel. I hope you enjoy browsing around my little store. God Bless.
