Custom Order Guidelines

To begin your custom hand-painted banner, please start by selecting your desired size from the options provided. It is essential that you fill out the personalization questions completely so I can accurately capture the vision for your heirloom piece. Once your order is placed, I will provide a digital layout for your review; please note that there is a limit of three drafts to perfect the design before the painting process begins. This ensures you are fully satisfied with the layout and script style. Once the final draft is approved and painting has commenced, no further design changes can be made and refunds will not be issued. This policy allows me to dedicate the necessary time and artisanal care to every hand-painted detail of your unique banner.
